Marimo Company (Saudi commercial registration on file with the Saudi Business Center) is the legal operator of the Onsocial brand and trading name. Marimo Company is preparing its full Terms of Service in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19, enforced by the Saudi Data and AI Authority — SDAIA), the E-Commerce Law, and applicable SAMA and ZATCA regulations.

Until the full policy is published, by using this site you acknowledge that:

• Personal data submitted via forms on this site (such as your name, email, phone number, and agency details) is processed by Marimo Company for the purpose of evaluating your application to the Onsocial founding cohort and contacting you in response.
• Cookies are used as described in the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
• You have the right under PDPL to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@onsocial-ksa.com to exercise these rights.
• You have the right to file a complaint with SDAIA if you believe your data has been mishandled.

The full policy, with detailed data retention periods, third-party processors, international transfer mechanisms, and DPO contact details, is expected to be published before public sign-ups open.
